Cancellation Policy To cancel, please contact info@tft1.com Participant Cancellations Due to spaces being limited, cancellations are as follows: 21 or more days before the course start date: Full refund minus any processing fees. 7–21 days before the course start date: 50% refund. Less than 7 days before the course start date: No refund. Transfer Option Participants may request to transfer their registration to a future course offering up to 14 days before the start date, subject to availability. Only one transfer is permitted per booking. Exceptional Circumstances Requests related to serious illness, bereavement, or other significant unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
